Meet Our Staff

Megan Ghobrial joined NMS in January 2023. She graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University and worked as a CPA/auditor for five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC in New York and Connecticut, with a heavy focus in healthcare and higher-ed clients. Morgan Piecuch joined NMS as a staff accountant in May of 2021. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in accounting from Lake Erie College in 2021, and is working toward becoming a certified public accountant. Her background includes three years of banking experience at a credit union.

Nikolas Wesbecher joined NMS in 2023 as an intern before transitioning to a full-time role. Nikolas holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Masters of Accountancy from Cleveland State University.

Noelle Muro joined the NMS team as a staff accountant in July of 2019. She graduated from Cleveland State in the summer of 2019 with a Bachelors in business administration. Noelle had two accounting internships during tax season prior to working at NMS.

Ray McIntosh received his CPA license in 1972 and is a member of the AICPA and the OSCPA. He had his own accounting practice for over 30 years until merging into NMS.

Ryan Mersek started at NMS as an intern in March 2023, and later became a full-time staff accountant. He graduated Cum Laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ryan is currently working towards becoming a certified public accountant.

Sam joined NMS as an intern at the beginning of 2025 before starting full time. He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in both accounting and finance, and with an MBA.

Sandy Ward joined NMS in May 2017 to assist with marketing efforts, which included building a branded and active social media presence. She also serves as marketing coordinator for Geauga Park District.

Savanna Sheer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbus College of Art and Design in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. She joined the NMS Twinsburg office in December 2024 as an administrative assistant. Her previous experience includes customer service and hospitality management.

Terri Miller joined the practices of Miller + Associates in 2000 and NMS in 2021. She graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Business Administration and accrued several years’ experience managing small businesses. Terry Liss became an enrolled agent tax preparer in 2018, after 16 years with the IRS as a tax law specialist and instructor. He worked at Miller + Associates for three years and joined NMS in 2021. Terry has a master's degree in history and an accounting certificate from Lakeland Community College. Tina Blakeslee joined NMS in August 2015 and has been working in public accounting for more than 20 years. She is a tax preparer, can assist clients with QuickBooks setup and cleanup, and offers tax planning strategies for small business and individual clients.

Tricia Sauto has worked in public accounting since August 1985, became a CPA in December 1987, and earned her CGMA designation in February 2014. She is a member of the AICPA and the OSCPA, and graduated from the University of Akron with BSA in accounting in 1985.
