NMS is dedicated to the communities it serves: Chardon, Mentor, Middlefield, Twinsburg and Burton.

This dedication has led us to restore two historic buildings in Lake and Geauga County. Today's NMS offices in Chardon and Mentor are located in the Old Chardon Post Office (left), which was closed in 1984 and we renovated in 2009, and Mentor’s Old Village Hall (right), which was vacated by the city in 1976 and we renovated in 2017.

NMS was also proud to consult on obtaining $639,000 in state historic tax credits and $600,000 in federal historic tax credits for the largest historic redevelopment and adaptive reuse project in Ashtabula County's history, the former Hotel Ashtabula at 4729 Main Street. The recipient of an Ohio Historical Marker in 2017, this building has been home since 2014 to Signature Health, Inc., a multidisciplinary health practice serving Ashtabula County.
