Audits
NMS provides their clients with independent verification of their financials based on the highest quality of standards whether your company is public or private. Our audit, tax, and advisory professionals work together as an integrated team to provide positive assurance about whether management has prepared financials statements in conformity with an applicable financial reporting framework that includes U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Compilations
While gaining a general understanding of our clients business through knowledge of accounting principles, NMS presents the financial information in the accepted format of a proper financial statement without undertaking any assurance or expressing an opinion.
Attest
It is the goal of NMS to help our clients strengthen investor and lender confidence and reinforce the value of their businesses through assurance and attestation services. We provide the necessary expertise, regulatory oversight and education in the form of attestations such as projections, pro-forma regulations, financial statement audits, and forecast reporting.
Agreed Upon Procedures
Sometimes the scope of services is more focused than a full audit and work is performed only in required areas. For these circumstances, NMS can perform engagements tailored to the client's specific needs providing them with clear results in the areas that were identified. We issue a report that is based on factual findings regarding financial reporting processes and controls that are restricted to only those that have requested the agreed upon procedures.
