Burton Office Consolidation Update

To our valued clients:

Over the past few years, NMS CPAs has seen tremendous growth among our various offices within Lake, Geauga, and Summit counties. In doing so, we have always strived to operate in a client-centric manner, and every decision we make revolves around how we can best serve you.

That being said, although this is a tough decision, we have decided not to renew our lease at our Burton location. Consolidating our team allows us to utilize our specialties to collaborate, train, and improve upon our tax and advisory services. Therefore, effective December 16, 2024, we will be serving all of Geauga County clients out of our Chardon office at 121 South St. Our Chardon office is located approximately 10 miles from Burton in the old historic post office where we have been since 2006.

How will this decision impact you?

For most of you, this closure will not impact you at all. But for those of you who specifically rely on our Burton office for drop-offs and pickups, we have a few options for you:

1. You can drop off during normal business hours at our Chardon office. It is only 15 minutes north of the Burton office, just off Chardon Square!
2. You can visit our website or call us to schedule a drop-off/pick-up of your documents.
3. You can send or receive your documents virtually and securely using our client portal. If you are not a current portal user, call us for assistance in setting up your account for a quick and easy solution!
