Meet Our Twinsburg Office Staff

Cory Rawley began working at NMS as a tax-season intern from 2015-2016. She graduated from Lake Erie College in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting with additional concentrations in both business administration and forensic accounting. Deborah Zaebst earned her CPA certificate in 1982 and has worked in public accounting for most of the past 35+ years. She joined NMS in 2014 and, thanks to the age of technology, currently works remotely from Cincinnati with occasional visits back to Twinsburg to meet with clients. Deborah received her Bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University and is a longtime member of the AICPA and the OSCPA.

John Lynagh is a 1982 graduate of Bowling Green University, where he earned his Bachelor's of Science in business administration. He then attended Cleveland State University, where he pursued his accounting education. John has been in public accounting for most of his career and joined NMS in 2009. Marissa New graduated from Kent State University in August 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management. She joined the NMS Twinsburg office in December 2023 as a staff accountant. Marissa primarily specializes in individual and corporate tax returns, payroll/sales taxes, QuickBooks and write-up services.

Ryan Mersek started at NMS as an intern in March 2023, and later became a full-time staff accountant. He graduated Cum Laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ryan is currently working towards becoming a certified public accountant.

Savanna Sheer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbus College of Art and Design in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. She joined the NMS Twinsburg office in December 2024 as an administrative assistant. Her previous experience includes customer service and hospitality management.
